At Lang’s Lawn Care, we stand behind the quality of our work. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our refund policy reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, no-hassle service across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not happy with the results:
- Contact us within 14 days of your service visit.
- We’ll inspect the issue and, if needed, provide a free follow-up treatment to make it right.
In most cases, re-treatment resolves the concern. Refunds are considered only when service recovery is not possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- A prepaid service was canceled before the work began.
- Our team was unable to complete the service due to an issue on our end.
- We attempted a re-treatment and the issue was still unresolved.
Please note: Refunds are not guaranteed for issues outside our control, such as extreme weather, improper customer prep, or untreated lawn areas due to blocked access.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed services where post-care instructions were not followed (e.g., mowing too soon, watering too late).
- Service cancellations made after our crew is en route or on-site.
- Missed appointments where the property was not accessible.

Please include your name, address, the service date, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
